Aarvinder Sandhu
Physiotherapist
Aarvinder (Aarvi) graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from La Trobe University in 2018 after he completed a Bachelor of Health Sciences majoring in Physiology and Anatomy.
He comes with extensive clinical placement experience both at leading hospitals and private practice settings from which he has developed his professional, technical and interpersonal abilities.
Aarvi is passionate about Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has a special interest in sports injuries, back and shoulder pain.
In addition to this Aarvi comes with great experience with having worked for multiple representative pathways:
- Touch Football Victoria
- Nationals for Victoria Metro (Soccer)
- Iron Armour Academy
- Victorian Rugby Union (VRU)
- Footscray Rugby Union Club
- Brunswick City Soccer Club
- National Premier League
Having completed Deconstructing The Gym Lifts and McGill Method Level 1,2 and 3 has helped his patients by keeping up to date with education on optimal body movement and mechanics.
Outside of Physio he enjoys Touch Rugby and trains and coaches strength training.
Aarvi is a great advocate of health and wellbeing exemplifying discipline as a fitness and gym enthusiast.
Also an avid sportsman himself, he has played soccer at a high level in Victoria and NSW. Representing NSW country in soccer at junior levels. Besides soccer Aarvi has played representative level in Cricket, Touch Rugby and Rugby League. Also participated in Touch Rugby at multiple University Games. His passion for sport is undeniable.
